lvl based rp cap?

Was grping with a friend of mine today in goth, i played my 50 ranger and he played his 45 ranger. All of a sudden when we was having the most fun killing ppl he got a note telling him that he will not earn any more rp's for that lvl.

So i guess they dont want us to lvl by pk, or they are just trying to stop the rp farming ( what do i know ). So the small grp ended because he didnt wanna play anymore cause he couldnt get pass 4L2

My friend also has had problems. She has 300k rpts, and can't get anymore rpts. Shes level 45 too.

Yes, but for people trying to level purely on PvP (like me) its really annoying that you don't get rpts for it too. If its not fixed, doubt there'll be anymore level 49s with 800k rps+ before they ding. -.-
