Last thing I read was a cap of 350 too (as in -set by mythic-)...must look that up again for some 'hard' proof.

Just so you know, the "absolute max" is(or will be in a coming patch) 300.
Edit: Explanation: the "set by mythic" cap was before the new buff system was introduced(when buffs costed % instead of conc points) 250 for any stat at any time.. When they fiddled with the buff system they changed it to 350 but in a patch just later changed it again to 300(note: i do not know exactly which patch it was).. dont have a link but im 100% sure this is true.
Edit2: lurked the herald and found it.

Been reading around but found no answer yet as to why it is secondary stat.
Because mythic made the stat gains code before the class abilities code, simple as that.
Edit: yeah, i know, its really really sad, i mean, i have QUICKNESS as a tertiary stat, now, what good is swinging my staff those milliseconds faster when im PAed by an assassin? hmm?
