what should i spec at lvl 40, im 14 mend, 24 aug and 25 cave....should i respec i dunno

depends what you want to do really.

i love playing my missus's full cave shammy in RvR (49 cave, rest aug for end 3, pbae disiese, ae root, bolt, dd's ae dot great in keep battles, base heals etc.

BB spec is 47 (or 48 for last resist?) aug i think

a good alround spec is split cave / aug for end 4 and decent ae dot....

cave shammys are so much fun though

Some semi common specs at 50 are the following..

Cave shammy specs..

46 cave, 25 aug, 13 mend - gives you end 3
47 cave, 22 aug rest in mend - end 3 again
41 cave, 32 aug rest in mend - end 4, more popular in grps

Cave shammys are loads of fun, but not so popular in groups as you don't bring uber buffs with you.

Aug shammy specs..

48 aug, 27 cave rest in mend - very good buffs, wanted in groups
38 aug, 37 cave rest in mend - good buffs, end 4, good cave
42 aug, 29 cave rest in mend - good buffs, end 5, reasonable cave

Aug shammys are better in groups, but in my opinion aren't as much fun to play.

Mend shammys don't exist really.. mend line sucks for a shaman

There are lots of other specs as well.. most of them work OK I think.

I'm currently levelling a shaman myself and will probably end up with 39 cave (gives the 2nd best aoe root) and 37 aug, all yellow buffs except matter resist. Seems like a good solid spec in my eyes, well suited for rvr at 50. Mend hardly seems worth speccing in, although the frigs are very good while levelling But as has been said before here, it all really depends on what you want to do. High cave seems very nice if your into keep warfare and large scale rvr, I personally feel that taking cave 40 + isn't worth doing as the returns are to small and it makes you less versatile.

Totally agree.....my shammy is 39 Cave/37 Aug, rest in mend
