Low Population Bonus

Given that the population on the server is

Alb - 1967 (active chars) or 37.9%
Mid - 1697 or 32.7%
Hib - 1515 or 29.2%

And this is the closest it has probably ever been. Should any realm need to be considered under populated?

Yes... Albion should be considered to be under-populated because they no longer have more than twice the population of either of the other realms!

The free level is a bit messd up atm. Should be 7/4/2 or 7/4/3

Well, shouldn't that be about the same percentages as in other realms?

Anyone can give some populations with some serious rvr activity? Like 50lvl people with 10k+ rps last week? They will give a better view and I think it will be more balanced

No and here's why - the population bonus affects free levels and xp bonus mainly which is population balancing not RvR balancing. The idea behind the underpop bonus is really to get more people the same level.
