Went out on friday night...when I say night I mean 4;30 (lol) with me pals and we went to a really great bar down the road it was lovely and had Mojitos (virgin ones because we were all either wimps or driving) and OMG how bloody lovcely were they?

I'll tell you they were flipping splendid! Mint and lime and really really refreshing and just aaaaah.

anyway it's not often I discover something new in a pub (mainly because I don't go to them lol) but this one was ace, they have sofas and board games and cupcakes and a great menu (both drinks & food) so I shall probably be going there again tbh.

oh and while I'm on about new things I have heard a really nice new song (fireflies by someone called owl city) this weekend and brought a dress! (I wear skirts a lot but haven't brought/worn a dress for yonks) so yay me tbh.

I like drinking from the furry cup myself. Oh and don't buy bottle Mojitos especially from Bacardi, fucking awful with a rough aftertaste. Prefer a nice strawberry daiquiri myself, even if it is a bit girly.

omg strawberry daiquiris are heaven! But at this place they make them sith strawberry syrup and I like it with fresh strawberries (had some awesome ones at the Amsterdam hardrock cafe). Your one looks lush! I never saw one with cream on it before lol (this is going to be horribly misquoted, I can feel it in me water tbh)

This mojitos were made up fresh at the bar, I don't actually like ready made alcopop type drinks, find they all taste synthetic

Spot on, couldn't agree more. If you get the chance try a cocktail made with rose vodka though, it is lush. Parfait armor is an aquired taste but I love it with some ice and a bit of lemonade, think parma violets on crack.
