Louise is still playing, she just doesn't RvR much at all. You have to be lucky to catch her in the fontiers, but she was in Hadrians with myself only a few days ago.
Anyway, she spends most of her time at Svasud chatting to people, blowing kisses and handing out flowers. Generally just being nice to everyone.
