Posted this on our guild forums, guess it will be of use here to plan out the changes to your template when LOTM hits the servers.

Done some research this morning on stuff we need to know before making a template for RvR.

5th SC Slot
It is possible to have a set +cap/+skill on a piece of armour, this requires the armour crafter to use a new recipe with special items found from high level mobs, so if your going to use one of these consider a 99% rather than 100% otherwise you could be farming a long long long time. Set list of items : http://www.craftsage.com/newarmor.html Once you have one of these crafted, the SC'er just adds on the standard 4 gems as before.

Mythical Slot
The new slot in your paperdoll you can see a list of the items you can get for this slot here : http://www.classesofcamelot.com/labyrinth/MythicalItems.asp There are CL requriements on these and they only drop in the LOTM dungeon, the cap increases here are ABOVE the existing +26 (so you can have base+75+26+8+buffs) for a stat.

LOTM Items
Some new items that are one time drops from LOTM boss mobs, these shouldnt be too hard to get as everyone gets them when a mob is killed, they are also tradable and can be sold. : http://www.classesofcamelot.com/labyrinth/Loot.asp OTD's are L49+ apparently.

Well you might want to add that a few of the most important mythical items ( stat cap/stat increase ) are bugged and don't work. I paid 30 plat for mine and it doesnt work correctly, hopefully they will fix it soon on US.
I guess that everything will work when it hits EU tho.

how do one get the dragonsworn items?

I don't know exactly, more stuff was introduced with different patches and some of it is a realm quest.

However what I know. There are NPCs near the throne room in each realm, with some dragon related title. They give quests which give excellent exp/cash but are quite difficult and most involve going to the zone the dragon lives in. Supposedly its a realm quest so new quests get unlocked as more people in the realm do the early ones. At the end of the quest you get a dragonsworn manual which can be tradeable and allows crafters to start making the armour. You also need some drops (in a similar way to sigil armour). I think most of this happens in 1.88 although I am not sure, you can certainly start the dragon quests now.

This is what I have figured out from reading VN boards and doing the quest on a german server so I may be very wrong in some ways. You can also get a very nice dragonsworn cloak from one of the quests.
