Lot + Cottage

Im selling my cottage, i dont really know what price is fair so just bid and ill consider.
It includes a porch and a CM. Its located in Hawkswick (Caerwent) and its lot 143.

im not trying to ruin anything or anything... but i think that the CM and porch dissapears when you swap users of the house... same with the chests and all lathes\smiths etc.. :<

porch doesnt, rest does so just pick them up and include them in transfer window when u sell

Yeah, all items and npc´s have been removed and i will remove the CM when i sell the house and include him in the trade. BTW. i just put 80 gold in the lockbox .

But the cottage is 1p, lot is 300g, CM is 1p and porch is 500g. So starting around that, would that be fair? or is that to much?

start at 1p and no bid less then 100g... would be a great nice way to do it
