Can't get enough of FH

Some time ago I decided to take a break from DAoC and try out WoW. Now Catacombs is out, the curiosity got the better of me and I wanted to try it out and see the new graphics. However I haven't had the SUB info for my account for quite some time, since the last time I lost it. I tried mailing RN, both before I took a break, and also today again. Back then because I didn't want my account to stay on autorenewal, and now because I need it to activate Catacombs.
The reply I got February 25th 2005, was to use this link to request an email with my password (and hopefully SUB name), but after continually doing so since that day, I've yet to recieve the requested email.
How am I going to retrieve my SUB info when I can't get this stupid system to work? This is probably the most frustrating experience I've had for a long time, because I just bought Catacombs and now I really just want to try it out...
Anyone know what to do?
