I reported my 5 naked chars monday mid afternoon and still heard nothing back form GOA yet other than the automated reply

Same here, Blue... 3 characters on my newbie account, and 1 on my lvl50's account...

Meanwhile, half of the 'two week special treatment' period is over, and the characters of me that could realy benefit of it, can't do feck all cause they're stripped down to their underwear...

I seriously think something is going extremely wrong here, and if no action is taken quickly... I'm sitting here with one account that is useless, and all I get in return is a promise of a refund and a 2 week benefit I can't do anything with... If it wasn't so pathetic, I would laugh my head off...

They cant have many workers working on this problem. They might have many acc's to fix, but if they say it can be done within 48 hours they should also keep somthing like that or say that it might take a week or so.

I think that this will take Alot longer. We was also told that Prydwen only was gonna be restartet and what happent? 14 days server shutdown and atleast 50% ppls lost items or 100% stripped. Its kinda annying tbh. And i dont see why somthing like this should happen.

Goa get more people to work with this "Lost items" problem and get it fixed Asap.

in fact, its very very serious what has happened.

we are paying to play a game and the most of us are doing it from long time ago. They should have enough ways to avoid all this, and if happens something (as now) they should give enough compensation everybody asap.

Personally i dont want any jewel rog as compensation to my named rare items... is 75P a candy to shut up our mouth?? Can i bring back my confidence in GOA with that??? If they can give me back quest items, why dont can me back named ones????

I think money should be a compensation to harm. they should gif back the named items asked and less jewell sux rog uke:

Reported to RN monday at noon, no word still.. I'm definately NOT pleased with the pace of the item restoration.

Monday lunch time also, and no word as of yet.

However I have heard of several people who right now'd like an hour before I did and have been restored. The annoying thing being it was on one of their obscure alts, so they still had main characters to play during the week.

I however, have had all 3 of my main characters disabled until the items are restored, so have had to play alts all week.

Well finally some good news i received 2,5 p and 1000 aurulite to compensate for my loses on 1 of my chars,since my char is a lowbie 1 and items on him were crap the compensation is more then enough so prolly ppl who lost more will get more money.
