What do you guys think so far? Please put any spoilers in spoiler tags.

So the others have contact with the outside world and seem to know everything about the survivors more than just thier names, what is thier purpose on the island?

Not that impressed really, seems to keep to the style in some regards, IE lack of information but doesnt really grip you like previous seasons.

i still haven't really got back to watching it since like 7 episodes in the first season, but i clicked on to e4 the other day and

that Sayid killed the bird from Fast and Furious and some other bird, then opened the door to that guy they'd been keeping locked up and shot himself..what was that all about? ;o

i think i'll buy the dvd's getting annoying not knowing whats going on ever ;p

Reply to Nate:
It wasn't Sayied, it was Michael who shot her and hurleys GF.

General:
As Tom said in the other general lost S3 thread (general FH) it could just be their satellites. But then the fact they got food dropping every 2 months and that Ben has been on the island his whole life... There's alot to be explained. I'm more wondering what Sawyer and Kate are going to do when the 'others' let their guard down.

Yes, I'm like the only person on FH who sees Lost S3 new episodes before lunch... =D

EDIT:

Delket, it's more gripping if anything.

I've not seen one full episode, but did notice that evidently vanessa rodriguez is in it? :sex: :eek6: :sex:

Peeked my interest this <-> much. Actual scale.

I have though, seen a snippet of each episode while waiting for another show to start and each time they seem to be crying or some other desperate "drama" sh*t.

A bit repetative.

I found the ending to series 2 rather lame. Its hard to see where its going to pick up in series 3. Anyone know if Locke is still alive?

I knew the others would go on the boat bypassing the ambush, fucking obvious..however how did they get on the boat without going on the dock, because they were all dry?

Urgluf: - Spoiler btw.
In the episode that is being aired next wednesday you indeed to see Locke; he's alive and kicking.. He just can't speak :) Everyone thought Charlie was deaf, but he's not :)

Not completely sure about Eko atm. Though I know him and the irish guy (can't remember name!) are still alive, as they'll all be active through S3)

Gamah:
They were all wearing dark clothes, didn't you notice? The dock was pretty dark and Sayid/Jin were both watching the fire... Being quiet can do anything.

Part of the story... I like the flashbacks, gives you a insight of what they were like pre-crash.

I was in the States a couple of weeks ago and happened to catch a new series that was starting on the same night the first episode of Lost 3 was on. The show was called "The Nine", and was reviewed as "Lost, done right". It was rathr gripping :)
