lost my passwords :(

Can anyone help.

Ive just got back on line after being off for 4 months to find all the passwords have changed.

To make matters worse i cant get my old e-mail address back

Has anyone got an idea what i do now ?.

This is a very common problem, im not entirely sure what to do about it as all i ever see here on BW is peopel whining like whores (not you ) about it, theres lots of threads around, try some of the other boards, might be summat good there.

All I can recommend, is that you send an E-mail to GOA.

Pretty common as far as I know.

I sent:

- Login Name
- Old password
- Old email address
- New email address (I know it seems dumb as you will be emailing from there but if you dont mention it they reply to your old email address)
- Name on credit card
- Address you put in when you registered
- Character name on the account (this bit isnt needed though)

Send it all to:

subscription@goa.com

...and wait.

They asked my friend for his old sub login and password and the date he first registered. No idea why as they didnt ask me those things. Just give them as much info as possible and that way they it shouldnt drag on for too long.
