Lost my 14Free Days

I was trying to reactivate my Friends account Yesterday with my Credit card , Didn't work and i thought it was due to not having money in the card . Today i bought a game card and tried to use it on the same account and got the same error , Got a way around that and used ''Activate key'' @ the bottom of the Account management Page and it worked ....but i was Unable to obtain the Free days i was eligible to.

Any Advice on this , Should i call costumer services ?

Aye, had a similar issues a year or so back, i clicked on the activate link but for one reason or another decided to wait and cancelled it all, and that apparently redeemed the offer so i couldn't do it again..
