Is there any way of recovering lost account info for EU servers?
Since the old EU account management site no longer exist I have no clue what to do. When I try to search for it on US site I only got the info of my US account.
I was in the same boat a few days ago. If you know some details you will be able to find it again. I just phoned them at (001)-650-628-1001. The support number. It didnt actually take that long either. After I supplied the server I was on and some of the names of the characters I played, they were able to give me the login info. They reset my password and I was able to reactivate again.
