30 plat to hib/pryd - what are you planning to do, buy Tir na Nog or something?! (Don't do it by the way - all the squealy little lurikeens nearby in Ardee lower the property values something rotten).
May be in a position to shift some cash after Foundations goes live and I'm able to shift my weapon stock more easily without disrupting my reaver's xping to 50.
