Looking to hire js/html/css guy

I'm looking to employ someone for a short time (couple of weeks, probably) to turn a POC website I have built into a finished product.

The person needs strong JS skills, strong CSS and strong HTML - generally a top front end guy/gal. I don't give a crap what frameworks are used, I happen to have used jQuery in the PoC but whatever.

So, I'm willing to pay a decent freelance/short term rate and the person needs to be in a country where online gambling is legal. The project is definately related to gambling, so anyone who is not comfortable taking the devil's shilling should not bother enquiring (or indeed flaming me).

Chilly, recently I've been working predominantly with HTML, JS and CSS. Only thing I'm not particularly great at are the actual graphical resources.

I'd be interested to hear what the scale/scope of the project is.
