looking to buy game i have some questions

im lookn to buy the game and i wanna know if i have to buy expansion to play with the players who have expansion.. like can i play with players who have expansion and just not go to the expansion areas and use the expansion races?

please answer this i really need to know

yeah u can play with players that have the expansion but just cant go to the new areas

You can't be a Valkyn/Sylvan/Inconnu, be a Savage/Bonedancer/Reaver/Necromancer/Valewalker/Animist or visit the SI areas I think.
But you can still be all the orginal races/classes and visit the original areas.

I've seen very cheap offers out and about that have the main game plus SI in one box.

Yeah. It's the **GOLD** version. Original DAoC and SI...cheapest I've seen it in the shop's is £27.99. Can probably get it cheaper than that.
