would have outlawed most of my childhood if that law had been implemented.

there is nothing wrong in bathing with other people or sleeping next to them , if your cultural upbringing makes you embarressed at being naked near others , take it for what it is and not as a universal rule.

i would argue that if humans were inherently as bad for each other as you imply we wouldnt be here still

both the prosection and defense get to pick the jury, they ask them questions then decide who to keep and replace. The prosecution would have taken that into consideration and tried to get rid of the fans out of the jury to keep it fair. Unless the prosecution were all secretly fans too

i was trying to point out to you that you might not find it appropiate to bathe or sleep with other people , but others find it acceptable , its a cultural thing , not a universal and as such i was interested in why you thought it inherently bad ?
