RoG cloth with:
1) 10% or more spell duration or celerity proc or 10 str cap
2) 40+ SC utility from stats useful for a melee vw (i.e. not dex/acuity/+spell etc...)
Not a huge market for this sort of stuff, but I'll pay well for anything decent.
