How can something like that get throught? I really start to feel this is a way too early release if it has bugs like that.

Heh - did you play early Daoc? Bugs like these are common in MMO's at launch - they are just too complex to really test in total depth after every single code change.

The real test is how fast those bugs get fixed and if those fixes cause additional bugs.

From the start and can't remember one single charater class being able to kill everyone else easily.

Althought Warlocks really come to mind,now that was a screwup if something.

There was a ranger bow that one shotted people in SI if you used ranger damage add

You could also farm some static galla mobs with a couple of rangers using damage add.

The biggest problem in that PvP vid isn't the barbarian's damage

It's those two players running with potions and their opponents running without them

The potions are kinda fubar, the heal potions in that vid have no reuse timer, no dropping outta combat to use them and at lvl20 the pots work better than a grouped healer.

If you look at their health bar in the version DL'ed from filefront, it aint dropping much even with players beating on them.

There have been changes to the potions since then and hopefully more to come with tonights beta patch.

That vid is essentially the equivalent of SC'ed/Buffbotted Thid toons beating the crap outta 14 day trail version players in "geriatric old NPC man gives you 90% qual armour and weapons" gear.

Todays patch incorporated 60 second cooldowns on potions. Hope that ll fix it.

Almost any caster at medium real rank can often two-shot other casters, 3-4-shot hybrids. At RR11 with spec nuke against +50% resits with proper damage RAs you will two-shot other casters quiet often.

I consider early Savages screw ups, Warlocks and Bonendacers are as screwed as ever imho.

But a PG18 tag on a game means less kiddies. Also, most guys i know are bored of the candyfluff worlds of MMO.

Said PG18 pictures, not tits and a**. Not everyone drools a PG18 tag for tits.
