Looking for the name of the artist / song of this guitar piece

In this YouTube clip, from 2:50 - 3:35 there's a song playing and I know it, have it somewhere, but I don't know who it is, or how that song is called, and it's driving me nuts. I wanna find the tablature of it, and try and learn it myself
