rellik , friend was looking for that bracer on another server , he made over 20 ml7 farm raids just so that it drops , never did
figured out it doesnt drop from those mobs in the end but on something else , ill ask him and come back to you when i find out
think that it drops of either of the groupstep 7.x bosses altho allkhazam etc says its drops from saitans in general ^^
its rare as fuck too afaik only a couple of people have it actually

going to go ahead and use my twisted hair of malamis insted then, dont feel like farming for a bracer thats ubah rare..
have to live with being 1 point under the dex cap

The bracer drops off the shaitans in the groups steps, the bit where you have to port to the four different mob trials after you do the farming.
