Looking for some specialist RvR classes.

With all the keep warfare at the moment caused by the movement of relics and the disapearance of alot of set groups to avalon I have been considering running some groups more suited to fighting zergs around keeps/towers.

I was wondering if there is anyone around who might want to join one of my über PUG groups for some RvR nights. People with the following abilities:
TWF 3
Static Tempest 3
Supp SM with MoC 3
Warlocks/RC or Darkcarver Runemaster/any other chars with decent ae damage or with long range spells. If the warlocks are ML10 banelords this is also very useful.

As always finding seers can be problematic when making PuGs.

I won't be fixing any dates but simply running with these alternative setups while it seems everybody is glued to towers. If you might be interest in joining reply here with details of your character and how best to contact them ingame (telling me your guild is often extremely useful!). You can also look for me ingame on Fieldsurgeon/Cadelin/Ethanol (all prydwen) or ask anybody in Savage Conclave for me.

P.S. Being able to listen to me on vent is extremely useful. People who can use vent will be chosen over those that can't if I have several people to pick from.

How are we meant to bomb the lord rooms of keeps without a nice Static Tempest of Thorn Weed Field to confuse the albs?

I am still looking for people, I doubt the RvR situation will change much in the near future.

you make ask, why have a cave shaman in group. Also why other people whould attent to the group. (Following might have been taken from a MSN interview)

me: "Well Field Im glad you are asking. First of all, what do you want to kill with Static tempest and TWF3?"

Field: "Well good sir (Eben), the aim of the stunt would primarily be duo-FG, RUGs and GG roamers. Also I reckon we will have a good momentum in tower/ground, ground/tower, tower/tower, ground/air, brigde/keep, and keep-situations."

Me: "Oh my. Seems like you got a good thing going there. But it is infact those situations a caveshaman can bring a good power to the forced momentum of standard stand-off abillities (as TWF, MOC ect). Because the power matter AE dot and the various interrupts will keep the damage working, even if some enemies might be out of sight. In the High Shaman Guild of That Troll in Jordheim, we call this tactic the "Working At Near Keep/tower Enemy Reaction" (inshort W.A.N.K.E.R)."

Field: "I see"

Me: "Also the shaman if cabable of surviving, due to "high" defence in the mighty small block shield, and the chain armor."

Field: "I love you"

Long pause...

Me: "Sorry computer rebooted. Didn't catch the last you wrote!?"

Field: "Ehm, yeah, I was asking you what points you would stress to get people join these PUGs"

Me: "First of all you should state that you (when playing healer) are a good pac healer, and perhaps flash your-"

Me: "- realm rank, and how fast you are gaining level...huh?"
Field: "Nothing!"

Me: ":eek7: ooooookay. Anyway....You might also make the point that in these PUGs you alway makes sure, if possible ofcause, that the RtFMs §2 Groupbase is there."

Field: "The groupbase??"

Me: "Yes, Pac healer, Aug healer, and aug shaman (though not Gargama)"

Field: "Anything else?"

Me: "Yeah, state that by using ventrillo people can hear you mubling on and on and on when engaging a group. Which bring a new dimention of fun and entertainment to RvR. Also that these groups are mostly positive skilled players, and a good laugh"

Cad, if I had a 'toon that "fit the bill" I would happily sign up now. Maybe I can help out on healer (I have mend/aug and mend/pac) when needed but have no other 'toons that could help, short of a re-spec and new template on my SMer. Don't see much prospect of levelling and fully ToA'ing a new 'toon atm so not gonna try that route.

Hope you get what u need tho'. :drink:

The group setup I was thinking of was something like:

Pac Healer - SotG + sojourner
Aug Healer
Aug shammy
Skald - SOS + sojourner
Thane - ST3
Valk
Supp SM - MoC3 / Warlock - Banelord
BD - Banelord + TWF3 / Warlock - Banelord

Just about every area interupt I can think of, decent healing power and able to front load damage in lord rooms.

I can respec my SM to supp and MOC 3. I have tried supp before but never with MOC 3 and in a grp designed to cause mayhem. He is ML10 and TOAed

Have also a Aug/Cave Shammy, ML5 and TOAed
A Runie who can be respecced to RC, No MLs Templated

I can join with my ML 10 Banelord WL, only rr8.2, but still i can do some dmg, and I got ok grp heal.

PM Enemies of the realm or: Zahrius (sb), Shador (sm), Brithney (valk), Sahnya (BD), Bhritney (healer), Lovana (warrior), Ingerid (shammy) and Fanguir (WL) :flame:

u crazy woman :) remove 1 zerk and give healer :) if u only got 1 healer that needs to heal and CC thats gonna be one hell of a job fore sure

no, he still thinks zerkers can 2 hit paladins... he havent catched up yet so thats why he thinks 1 healer will do......
