only thing i know is i choose xvid under video...and mpeg 3 layer under audio Please explain to me how to compress sound more as i do suck at these things^^

I use LAME MP3 codec, and some 48000hz, 128kbps, 16kb/s quality. It compresses it pretty much without removing the quality.

The only way you could make it smaller would be to do the 2-pass tutorial thing
https://forums.freddyshouse.com/showthread.php?t=196884&highlight=2-pass and aim for a certain amount of mb. My 27min vid came out at 350mb and the quality was good enough (one bit was almost a bit blocky but came out just about ok :>).
The process I used was all in sony vegas.
Render as uncompressed audio and video = MASSIVE file (74Gb)
Then into virtualdub using that 2-pass tutorial some nice guy posted, aiming for 350mb on the settings, only doing the video part, came to 600+mb.
Then a second time through virtualdub to do the audio, lame cbr 128 squished it down to 350mb.
Ta da!

Or you can leave it at 550mb :>

when you open the file in vdub, make sure you set video > direct steam copy. then audio > full processing mode. audio > compression and select LAME mp3 codec (dl, install and reboot if you dont have it yet).

got it down to 286 mb Compressed the sound in mpgeg 3 but choose same kind of quality as you sugested rure,. Seemed to work fine.
And awww vodka....i was so close to taking one of our fights in movie,,,but couldnt decide in end between you and another( And in end the music and as i wanted that session of vid suited better for other,,,If i ever make another one il honor you with a place for sure
