Looking for guild :(

I am currently a level 29 friar, rising quickly and am looking for a guild

any of the alb guilds currently recruiting?

Best way to find a decent guild is to group up with different people, find a bunch you like and ask them for an invite. Unless you are looking for something fairly specialised (roleplay guild, for example), most guilds are much of a muchness to an outsider, there isn't a lot to choose between one guild and another of a particular size. The important difference is the people you'll be playing with, if you know you get on with a few already it'll make choosing a guild so much easier.
If you already know people in the game then ask them about their guilds and the guilds their friends are in. Shop around, there's no great rush.

altough the levels 30-40 are a bitch, DoA os a A-class guild, nearly as good as AoV was in their topdays. Take a look at www.albionguard.co.uk and have a stroll at our forums. Most members are however muppets, so a certain degree of muppetness is required. We have ALOT of raids with the guild and the alliance <therefor i will forgive you if you join GK or UP> and we also have some small projects/races/skirmishes. so join a grp with some DoA members, have strole at our forums and come to the conclusion thsat DoA is the best guild for any daoc player.

But then i would have to start alllllllll over again, taken me ages to get to my level, although skalds seem nice, just dont know if it will be just a waste of time.

Sad but true... thou a Skald with a Foe Slayer swinging on pure celerity can be conisered a treat! Its down to a point where we have 2 active RvR skalds in a guild with nearly 300 active characters.

hmm, confused, dont fancy leaving alb, but im starting to talk to mobs to see if they talk back. Mids seems dull like a dog kennel though, maybe some fun classes, bar the awesome savage whines. ill flip a coin.

Army dancer isnt overpowered... its a very interesting thing to play. I enjoy exping mine alot. Someone who just started one said its a bit like playing a Diablo 2 Necromancer.

About the Skalds... a 3rd one in KN is about to hit 50. (Thou its a shame. He's pretty impressive with his Runie in RvR. /salute Laso)

But hey, I was kinda kidding when I asked you to comeback... its your playtime. You do what you like.

Bah dont join f8 easy mode realm where everyone just plays 4 classes xD

Try hib to be honest, hib pryd needs the people more than alb and mid, but then again it's your choice i guess.

I just found hib most fun of all 3 realms, certainly most challenging in rvr.
