It's impossible to know if something is considered "good" for your template without any knowledge about what you're seeking.

parry/dex/meleespeed etc not

Utility means nothing, but I guess it's hard for some to comprehend.

Just to make it painfully obvious for you to understand, here's an example:

6 augmentation
6 battlesongs
6 bone army
25 piety
5 Str Cap Increase

There you go, 106.7 utility and a decent str cap increase - but it's not very good, is it?

For us to know what's "good" for him he need to specify it a bit more, which he has now done.

And yes, I've made tons of templates, thank you very much.

nah those resists i dont need really + dex cap is pretty useless as i dont use dex with my skald
