Looking for an old old game

Can't remember what platform it was on although i'm sure it was on the Amstrad basicly you play this little bloke and you need to dig around these levels in which there is slime that grows constantly unless you block it off with rocks, when the slime dies it turns into loads of diamonds/jewels etc.

anyone remember it?

It was boulder dash more or less aye but it had that slime I was about, basicly the slime just constantly grew and you had to seal off the next square it would grow to with rocks. Once you sealed all possible places it could grow to it would just die/explode and loads of diamonds would be there.

^^ I think Angell has it. I remember Repton has something like slime or fungus that grows constantly. Sealing it off turned it into a load of diamonds.
