With room for improvements -dosent even use the belt slot

Hardest thing to get would be the 2 insane utilty rings from Zahur and Eiryns Charm. Course with some good utility RoG rings and Belt you might be able to get close without them.

Could also mess around with the SCing if you use RoG rings and belt.

Edit - Oh yeah forgot the 10% passive resist piercing and with crown and cloak 15% pop tralors oracle charge for 20% resist piercing and 10% spell damage.
