Looking for a dance song..

So I was watching MTV dance just before and a song that I think is a fairly old club classic came on.

it's along the lines of "i'm coming around im coming around im spinning" (or something)

The videos set in what would appear to be a mental hospitial and the music goes quite every now and then and is played over the speakers or from a radio some dude is holding. At one point they are sat infront of a projector and everyone sits done.

Anyone recognise it. I've done the standard google lyrics to no avail.
