Looking for a cloak..

Hp
There's not much on ME with that high a HP level (Vagn's Mantle, Unquiet Souls) but they don't fit your other requirements. Nearest fit I could find was Rheton's Shroud (not on CMs) 24Con, 24Dex, 24Qui, 64HP and with a unique(I think) ability to transfer power to another player. This drops in Summoner's Hall or thereabouts, but I've only ever seen a single example.

Aye, there's those two next down in HP. You could also go the Astral route (Astral Cloak of Whispers has Dex 22, HP 56 or Heroes has Con 22, HP 60 + other useful RvR stuff) but that requires a major change in template as you need Astral Haub and Leggings.

didnt list the spirit as needed stats though.. as i planned to keep it quite low. slash on the other hand is already capped from other items.. else that cloak would be very sweet =)
