sounds like a steaming pile of walrus shit to me. or perhaps youre fishing for answers to some coursework or something for school?
ive experienced many instances where ive slept fuck all for a week or two. how can you say that i am now runnign at 50% of my maximum effectiveness for the rest of my life? surely that involves measuring my effectiveness (if this is even possible) while i live a perfect life. then reanimate me and do the same again but sleeping as and when.

:iagree:

As I said before - it was from a lecture from a woman who studies this reguarly and does tests - they also involve ADHD - and they've noticed that most ADHD people have really weird patterns - Some people have oposite to normal patterns, so they're most active at night, when they're supposed to be sleeping - whilst ineffective at day - but this confused me, because surely this wouldn't provoke the hyperactive tendicies that they have?

And Tris, I don't do science coursework :)

My cousins company did a test where one department were allowed to work any 8 hours a day. The idea was that you wake up in your own time come to work in a better more relaxed state and be more effective. Apparently it looked good for a month but then everyone fell into the same crap patterns and it became pointless.

maybe it was the staff?
we operate the same thing where i work but not necessarily an 8 hour day. its as long and as short as it needs to be for the individual, bar one rota day where the job changes slightly.

Short term I agree with Tohtori, long term I agree with gohan and others! ;)

Yeah, after reading what you put forward, i can agree that good diet and water can help how bad the crash is, but i still don't believe it's universal that it helps you STAY up :D

So yes, both right/wrong, depending on POV and point.
