Yes, two years ago we started running the European version of Dark Age of Camelot. It was about 8PM, the technicians had this tired look from the… very long days, shall we say… and as the more devout amongst us were finishing our prayers to the great God of Informatics, a horde of avid players rushed onto our barely opened servers.

This 21st of January 2001 was the beginning of a great adventure.

I was confused a bit myself, so I asked.. the official opening was apparently on the 21st of January 2002 for all languages, but most English version players didn't get the game until the 15th or so.

And the typo (2001 -> 2002) got fixed

German servers opened on 1st of February
English servers opened on 15th of February ( 100% sure on that last one )

(there were so many bugs/crashs during the 15 first days that we got 15 free days

still haven't fixed all the typos

and yup 15th of februry sounds right for opening of english servers, cos i bought it day of release but was well annoyed i couldn't play it for a week after buying it, just read my original subscription email and my subs started 22nd Feb 2002
