ok so for christmas i got this black and white fleece dressing gown, which is nice and all but i already have a huge fluffy one that i wear at bed time so i use this one as a smoking jacket type thing, lol.

any hoo as you know my house is cold (and buggy) but man its damn cold at the moment so im sat here fully clothed in my smoking jacket, yesterday i was wearing a multi coloured blanket (b2 said i looked like a mexican hobo Oo) and generally have my hood up over my ears.

i mean what the hay, its not like i ever get any visitors or anything and when i go out side the house i do tend to look smart, its just when im indoors i usually wear hobo clothing...and a smoking jacket.

while im tottering about my cold flat looking like a mexican noel coward i was wondering, do people normally mooch about their houses fully dressed in day clothing ready to leave the house at any second or do other people have mooch clothing that they change in to as soon as they get home (me generally trackky pants and jumper or jim jams) because when you watch the telly people just mooch about their houses all done up to the nines, they wear shoes and everything! i never wear shoes at home...or underwear...eergh i hate that being all comfy then getting a wedgie meh!

so what is your house clothing, and is any of it deathly embarrassing?

I have to wear a suit to work, which I hate, so as soon as I get home I get into doss clothes asap! I normally wear something semi-decent though, normally a shirt/Tshirt and jeans!

Even if I'm ill I'll wear the same. If I'm not in work clothes I'm in my jeans and either a Tshirt or a casual shirt, dont know why but my dad always used to fuss if I wasnt presentable with 5 minutes warning heh, seems to have left its mark I guess. Cant remember the last time I didnt wear jeans&tshirt while I was mooching tbh.

Not sure if its a girl thing though. I used to go out with a girl who would sit at home in literally whatever was to hand, if we were going out though she'd have to spend an hour getting ready heh. Bloody women!

Hehe, well I always crawl out of my day-clothes (which is usually jeans and a buttoned shirt) right when I get home. I then usually walk around in just underwear and t-shirt for a while, until I get cold and then i pull on the holy sweatpants.

I always wear jeans and a tshirt, then depending on the temperature inside(which greatly varies depending on if I could be bothered to close the window or not) I use uberthick jumpers rather than closing said window.

depends, when its winter i wear long undies so i tuff around in those (which i also sleep in) untill pants sneak up on me or i get cold. when i go out (work, shop, out out) i wear pants. if i've napped, which i do alot i take my pants off (to the knee) and pull em up when i wake up!
