Darkness Falls is the best place to train and farm in the game. It's the best place because it has an extra danger which is Bad People.
It's also an RvR zone and if you go there (bearing in mind you can't go there accidentally, you have to choose to go) you are consenting to Bad People trying to hand you your ass on a plate. If that upsets you then stay out of RvR zones. It's really not hard when you think about it.
