Login woes, any ideas?

Still more SI woes

Finally validated the game, then go to login, and it wont accept my password on either the origional or SI login.

So i try Rightnow! which is (of course) unavailable.

So i change my password, and still get the message that my account or password is incorrect its not, i have checked many times.

So now i find myself unable to play the game at all, and unable to recieve any customer support........any ideas?

One possible idea is from SI install......its installed (default) to its own folder C:Shrouded Isles was curious if it should have been installed into the old DAoC folder.

I've lost all my passwords except my game one coz I know that off by heart so basicly Im in the same boat as u m8. They closed down customer support coz they fucking knew all this shit would happend and didnt want help me emails. if im wrong why take off customer support when ppl will need it most?!

only thing we can do is wait for the customer support to re-open.
Try reinstalling DAoC and SI, erm.. check that ur drivers r upto date and ur direct X too.... thats all the advice I can give, sorry

I fixed mine (eventually) but uninstalling, reinstalling and repatching SI, worked first time after this.

This is a joke you w8 months to get near to up to date with the americans and then what happens u stay up l8 1 night praying for the next day to happen and then bleh u get si and u can't even bloody play it!!!

how would reinstalling SI make your password work on the DAoC web site ?
