I agree with you there,as there nothing from Mythic as to why servers are down only from explanation Ixnay made from phoning them.

Dam Shoddy tbh from Mythic as they quick enough to post for they USA users.

This issue roughly occured at 12-1pm today, was no one at Mythic aware of this until you informed them ? I was told by the helpdesk at 3pm gmt today that they were looking into it already.
