Logging out ready for relic take at the ungodly hour

I even see number of defending Albs going down by the days, I mean the first day almost everyone whas in the frontier now ya hardly can get news from the frontier =)

But I do think we should raid the other three relics, than the midds can come and take them back again ... or try to =)

We don't give a realm wide call to arms when the mids turn up in hadrians anymore, because we don't need to, when they bring a force that might have a chance of taking a relic, we will get everyone to excal..but no point making everyone in lyonesse do a 20min horse ride to excal..to sit around doing nothing every night.

Mids took beno last night, and we easily took it back without any rams, and killed all the mids...I am not sure if some logged out inside the keep, or if they took it back normally today, as I wasn't online.

Personally, I'm normally stationed in Benowyc crafting at the moment. Occaisionally I take a trip up to the Mid PK, so it's usually me that is the first casualty of a frontier raid, and normally me that spots the midgard army first - take last night as a prime example (shame it happened at exactly the same time the router crashed).

Mids logged off inside the keep again as they were about to lose it, then logged back on in the middle of the night and took the keep from the inside.

i find it hard to see this tactic working..
u would have to do a mass login at almost exactly the same time..
how many lvl 50 fighters it take to kill a lord?
as each person logged in, he would have at least 10 guards on him b4 he even finished loading.. i cant see it working

I hope patches fix the bugginess of keeps, maybe then ppl wont attempt this kind of thing.

The amount of times I have tried to nuke ppl inside only for it to say 'Target is not in view' - Yes it is u sily game!! I can see in 1st person it is!
and omg guard archers shooting through walls is the worst thing going..

If you log in in the lord's room, only thing you'll have on your back is the lord. 8 level 50s could take him down easy.

The view starts at your feet, that is why the target is not in view.

When you log into the lord room, you have about 5 seconds before the Lord turns to attack you, more than enough for others to log in if you all have alts and announce when to log in main character

But Faye says they took it fairly, so that is fine with me, only reason I asked was that when we took beno back last night, there didn't seem to be the right number of mids inside.

Yes it took us time because we were doing alot of other stuff and wasnt intended to get back, was just an "idea" to try taking it back of the few of us still awake.
