Logging into NF

Lets say I had my main char logged in MTK Hadrian's Wall for a keeptake last night, and now the game doesn't work when I try and log him in - is he gone for good or is there a fix for this?

msg rightnow, they will move him for you, your character is 100% safe. but remember the cust support team will have literally hundreds of these requests so dont be surprised if it takes a couple of days

" If you were in the frontiers or in the battlegrounds before you logged off, your loading screen might lock. In that case, press the Esc key to come back to the character browser page and launch the same character again.
Your character should reappear before the frontier keep, and not by his bindstone as we said before."
