Logging in troubles

Guys , Any help will be gratefully received on this issue.

I can log into my game OK, and get to the server select screen. but when i click on the server i want a get the normal run down...
locating battles.....
searching for allies....
handshaking.....
logging in....

then it comes up with....ERROR ACCESSING USER ACCOUNT!

I have tried on a few servers with the same outcome...i have already run a virus checker and reinstalled the game but still nothing...


anyone got any idea's please?

You might want to check out VNBoards and WHA help forums. I've seen similar threads so maybe there's some bit of info that might help.

Cheers Ezeine but all the post on them forums chat about the same issue but there is no work around....

I am sorry to read about this problem you are having.

Have you reported this to our CS department yet? You obviously can't contact them via the in game help interface but our website has a help form you can use in this case.

Hope it's solved soon!
