Logging in pls help

I've got this problem.....
i can't log in on excalibur... it won't go further than the screen before choosing character.... anyone with same problem ? somebody help me pls

dont u get some kind of error message ?
or i could be u firewall or somthing ?

have u tried re-installing i had a similar problem and this sorted it out
