Log in screen not visible

Hi i just changed my setting for daoc to windowed and now i can only see my character in the character selection screen, cant see the options to change it back to normal mode etc so i am in a little bit of a pickle, is there a way to change this or am i screwed?

At a guess (so back it up first), open user.dat, and change windowed=1 to windowed=0.
