Lock Stock or Pulp Fiction ?

I always preferred British humour over American, so Lock Stock for me

That said, they are both excellent movies well worth watching.

Lock Stock coz its funnier and aint yank. Better ending as well, oh and better sound track, a lot of the camera work has been emulated since, as has the style - though I expect some film buff will say it has all been done before.

Both great films but has to be Lockstock for the comedy. Far more quotes in Lockstock worth mentioning.
