little problem

quests can be such a 2/%"é µ

Was doing my epic 48 with my necro and got to kill the ellyl seer.
He supposed to give me a ellylon journal wich i need to hand to Sir Tillian, but i didn't get no journal. I even killed him several times.
Altough journal says: Hand the ellylon journal to sir tillian.

anyone had same problems ?

Goa isn't reacting on my mails so i have no idea what to do

had the same problem with alvl 12 quest in midgard.. report on rightnow and they will contact u ingame to hand you the item.. i had a awnser within 2 days

shame thats the only way to get them to actually do anything, you do now and again get the auto reply which should have a sub header "we really couldnt be arsed, to busy laughing at our customers" where they just say we havent heard back from you, we assume this is resolved blah blah blah
