Classifying music by genre isn't really my game, but Thulsa is mainly stoner-rock but as for Bigbang i really don't know
Anyways, both bands are norwegian (english vocals though, as you might understand from the songnames) and well worth checking out

Edit: After 2 minutes of googling I've found that people classify Bigbang as poprock/retrorock.
