Before i say this, i should point out that i have nothing against people getting married, if you want to do it, go for it. Your choice ofcourse. That being said...
I agree with not marrying, or that marriage should die off actually, but for different reasons. It's a bit of an ancient relic really and it sometimes (many, often, occasionally, take your pick)causes more trouble. Marriage itself causes pressure on the relationship as it's now somehow different, solidified and under scrutiny.
Also the aspect of marriage, total and complete 100% devotion to one another, makes peoplee get lazy, stop trying and in general "give up". Sometimes even bitter because they are "stuck" in the situation.
What people should realise is that you should have devotion and all that marriage crap without a piece of paper.
Also doesn't help that marriage is something that is expected of people, poked by parents and grannies, friends etc poking with "so when's the date" etc.
Disclaimer here though; if a marriage works and two people want it and already have the stable relationship to stay in it, why not if it's your thing. So to say it should die off was a bit excessive on my part, perhaps the word should be "evolve".
