actually it depends how you touch it.. when you touch it the shock will make the muscles of your fingers contract, causing them to clench shut into a fist.. which may or may not cause you to grab onto the fence even more depending on how you initially touched it...

Hmmmm... Also depends on the fence... And the voltage... The regular fence used for horses (at least in Norway) is based on intervals, I think that's pretty regular... They will only give you a tick that will make you pull your arm away.... Still wouldn't recommend peeing on it though...
Fence for cattle though is higher voltage, and you may get the reflex to grip around the fence, but most of the times not, you may be in bed with an upset stomach for a couple of days though....

Hrmmm odd, I remember being in emain then about 3am (in a duo fyi!) and was 1.5fg hibs max all running about in little shitty duos and trios, with largest grp of about 5 camping amg.

Oh well, mebbe they found a leader.

Well when there r 3 fgs+ Hibs running separately in Emain and only 1 rare Alb fg to kill, guess what happens. Hib stealther says on as "1 fg albs amg" -> ALL 3 groups run to amg to leech as much rps as possible Bring more Albs with u and stop whining IMO

Surely there are at times 4-6 NS zergs but you gotta admit the 3-infil-2-scout-1-minnie zergs are alot more common.

You know damn well there are alot more Alb-stealthers around the common-spots; if you're an Alb and uncover one chances are you can rely on help. Where in the case of a Hib stealthers 9 out of 10 times U can rely on only yourselves and expect the Thefeared,Aim, Claudio etc zerg to pop on your arse.
