It's pretty easy getting high realmrank if you get very good groups really... just look at Midget Mafia for example, you never saw them before 21.00-22.00 ... they played till around 1.00?
And in those 3h or more they made 40k+ every day... well I did when I could replace Slott for 2 days.

because of the way the game is marketed towards Camelot and albion.
Albion tend to have the highest population accross the board so all things being equal also have the most kids playing.
however i couldnt give a rats arse how old you are.
