Seems reasonable enough, after all the licence fee is there to pay for BBC Content. No reason people should get it free by watching online instead of via a tele. In fact, there's more reason to charge licence fee for those online as it uses bandwidth that they have to pay for.Interestingly they say you should have a license if you watch live bbc feeds which seems odd - they are looking to expand the license fee to force web viewers to pay too!

Not really, there is reason to justify making it a subscription service. I thought the ISP's were paying for Iplayers bandwidth which is something they have been complaining bitterly about?
