LGM Fletcher looking for answers

Im a LGM Fletcher at the time of writing this 1066, Now i have my Leg Weps coming up soon and i want to make a staff for my Ice wizz (my main Sabrial)
but i have looked every where and cant find the answers, Do i need MP, 99% or random qualtily gems and tinctures, if there is anyone who can let me know please do.

Dont think so mate it's random what you get anyway for what i have seen it doesent matter on quality on the components.

Ok one more question then im done for now, at the moment leg weps are 10 lvls orange to me, if i start now can i still lose items, dont want to lose my leg drop now do i, or should i wait and get as close as i can to yellow before i start

Wait imo, lgm components cost a lot as it is without having to take into consideration item loss which comes from crafting orange+ stuff

i am a 1064 i think it is lgm fletcher and i lost a lgm part when making someone a staff so it does happen
