ha ha just to cliaryf the heal proc on weaps is a melee health buffer not heal

And with regards to what to recommend

I usually say albatives all teh way with DOT on shields and maybe a DOt charge on casters staffs? im not 100% sure bout what to put on caster staff tbh

yes heal procs only come from galla weapons... like the darkened vine mace on sale at my CM /houseface 3240 meath for 3p, mint condition
